Youth Apprenticeships are flexible training programs that cultivate highly skilled workers who meet the workforce demands of a competitive global economy.

Trident Technical College, in partnership with regional employers in a variety of industries, offers high school students the opportunity to get paid to learn as youth apprentices.

Apprenticeships are available to rising high school juniors, rising seniors, and soon-to-graduate high school seniors, giving them the opportunity to earn while they learn through paid on-the-job training under the direction of an industry mentor, while taking college classes at TTC that directly relate to their career field.

Please note that applicants MUST live in the Tri-County area: Berkeley County, Charleston County, or Dorchester County.

Apprenticeships are a great way to get onto the career ladder you desire, earn money while in high school, get real-world experience in your field, as well as college credits from TTC, along with a National Credential from the USDOL.
